These Terms govern the use of the WAVE app and services operated by Wave S.R.L..

Platform role

WAVE is a platform that helps yacht crew and recruiters connect. WAVE is not an employer and is not a party to any employment agreement between users.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Use the platform lawfully and professionally.
• Do not upload false or misleading information.
